Shooting an engagement session on Cannon Beach in Oregon has always been a dream of mine.

This past May, I was hosting a photography workshop all across Oregon. While I was out there, Lauren reached out to me looking for a wedding photographer in North Dakota this August. Coincidentally, they actually live in Oregon at the moment!

Small world- huh?! 

It was so dang fun getting to talk to them about all the things we had planned in Oregon, which is how I figured out that they got engaged at Cannon Beach! She suggested that she would love to have her photos there, and I was so excited that I could make it work during some free time that I had during this trip!

It seriously couldn’t of worked out more perfect- as soon as I was done with my workshop we had a set date for their engagements at Cannon Beach. It was the most perfect Oregon Day – hazy and overcast. With the most perfect beachy kinda vibes and when I say I am OBSESSED with these photos- it’s an understatement!

This shoot was seriously so fun and I feel like I literally met my people, these two were a god damn joy to be around and I will forever cherish them for trusting me with engagements and now soon to be their wedding.

ALSO- this ended with the cutest water fight in the water.
