Elopement at The Grand Tetons

Gayle and Joe opted to have their bride and groom portraits at The Grand Tetons in Wyoming. Their elopement at The Grand Tetons is truly a day that will live rent free in my head for the rest of time. While Gayle got ready I made sure to get some detail shots of their invites + her getting hair and make-up done. It was a super relaxed afternoon and the vibes were just immaculate.

We started shooting their portraits right before golden hour all the way through blue hour. Seeing the light change on the Tetons was truly something magical. The evening was filled with so much laughter and joy and I cannot wait to head back.

The Tetons cover a total area of 309,994 acres or 484 square miles.
Grand Teton was made a national park on February 26, 1929.
The highest point in Grand Teton is 13,770 feet at the summit of the Grand Teton itself.
There are 8 more peaks that exceed 12,000 feet.
There is 134 named mountains in the Teton range.
Lastly, the Tetons are also home to a large variety of large mammals including: moose, black bears, grizzly bears, pronghorn, elk, gray wolves, coyotes and bison.
