Bush Highway Couples Session

If you are wanting a different type of scenery as far photos go within’ the valley, Bush Highway is beautiful. Bush Highway is all along the Salt River and Saguaro Lake, it’s truly just a beautiful drive if you are wanting something to do on a Sunday evening. This Bush Highway couples session with Charlotte and Frankie was MAGICAL. It was the middle of Spring and all the wildflowers were blooming, it was so pretty! We had two locations planned out for their session, the wildflowers and this little spot I found along the highway that gave a pretty awesome view of some mountains right along the Salt River.

If you are into water activities as much as I am the Salt River gives you so many options. You can go kayaking, swimming, boating, paddle boarding, you name it! Also, if you are lucky you’ll spot the wild Salt River horses.

Our session started off bright and sunny and then ended with a pretty epic storm that rolled in! We definitely got the best outcome weather wise with their session. Going into session’s I’m always so excited to meet my couples but it always such an amazing feeling having an instant connection. It was like we’ve been besties forever! I know I know, I say this about pretty much all of my couples. Truly though, it’s one of the best feelings.

Lastly, here is the sweetest review that Frankie left for me! ” My partner surprised me with this photoshoot with Dana (and Bri, if you know Dana you probably know Bri). We were both really wanting to do a couples shoot but haven’t done one in the past. We were so nervous about it all the way up until we met Dana in this gorgeous field with orange poppy flowers blooming on a perfectly cloudy day.
Right off the bat, they were radiating with joy and the whole experience was so wholesome. She knew when to make us laugh, had so many different poses and ideas mapped out already. We also noticed it was easy to be ourselves around her, which was very important for us. We loved how the photos came out and can’t wait to book with her again! “

Also, like Frankie said, if you know me you probably know my bestie Bri! We are literally always together. So there is always a good chance you’ll get both of us at your session!
