This elopement at The Superstition Mountains was truly magical. Not only do I say this because I’m just so in love with the desert scenery but it’s also just such a gorgeous place. I always feel at such peace when I’m here.
I wanted to touch on why eloping is also so special. If you have been on the fence if you should ditch the big traditional wedding or just elope I’m going to give you a few reasons on why eloping just makes sense.
You do not need to have a lot of vendors to make this happen which is where a big chunk of the cost does come from. A lot of elopements I have done have just been myself, the couple, the officiant, a florist, and a hair and makeup artist. At the end of it though it’s just me and my couple running around taking some pretty damn epic photos.
All in all you two want something intimate and meaningful and eloping is so perfect for that. You two are wanting to be 100% present during this special time. Just remember that you only get to marry the love of your life once! Never feel bad for going this route.
Now I’m not saying I do not love capturing big traditional weddings because I do! I’m a big reception girly and love dancing with you and all your friends and family! I’m just also out here being a voice for my couples that know they want to elope. 🙂
Regardless if you choose to elope or have a big traditional wedding it is going to be perfect and special all I can say is to remember the day is about you and your love and no one else’s opinion on the day matters as long as you two are happy.
But for now, come with me while I show you some portraits from this Elopement at The Superstition Mountains.
Amazing vendors that made this happen:
Florist: Plum Studios.Co
Dress: Vow’d Weddings
Hair: KBGLAM by Lauren Cory
Make-Up: Beauty by Sarvi
Even if it’s for a split second, I still will always make sure to grab a few portraits of the both of you.
Ready to get hitched?!
