Film isn’t just a trend for me—it’s where it all started. I actually learned photography shooting and developing my own black and white film in a darkroom. Those long hours watching images slowly come to life under a little red light. That’s what taught me how to see light, movement, and emotion in a whole new way. It’s what made me fall in love with this craft.
Shooting film adds something different to your day. It has this texture and warmth that can’t be replicated. The moments are slower and more intentional. There’s something really special about that- seeing those unposed, fleeting moments that only film seems to hold onto.
Every wedding I photograph includes film- 35mm, Polaroids, or medium format—mixed right in with your digital gallery. It’s part of how I tell your story, adding a layer of nostalgia and depth to the images you’ll look back on for years.
And if you want to take it a step further, I also offer Super 8 as an optional add-on to your wedding day. It’s a vintage style motion film that feels like a home movie in the best way—grainy, warm, and full of emotion. It’s perfect for couples who love that old-school, cinematic feel and want their day captured not just in stills, but in movement, too.
